Personalized Cava

Thanks to a local producer, Raconets now has its own personalized cava!

Brut Nature White Cava: 100% Brut Nature without expedition liqueur. Young from the 2020 collection, aged for a minimum of 9 months in stacks, cleared and disgorged by hand. The coupage is a balance between the 3 historical varieties: 33% Xarel·lo, 33% Macabeo, 33% Parellada. The acidity of the Xarel·lo gives freshness, the Macabeo adds sweetness and the Parellada is the most floral. This is a very well structured coupage. The cava has a very fine, subtle and crisp bubble. On the palate it is refreshing and not heavy at all, the harmony of its coupage calls for all kinds of conversations and dishes. €9 one bottle.

Rosé Cava: 100% Brut Nature without expedition liqueur. Young from the 2020 harvest, aged for a minimum of 9 months in stacks, cleared and disgorged by hand. The coupage is made with Garnacha Negra 80% and Pinot Noir 20%. The Grenache provides intensity and structure on the palate and the Pinot Noir is the most aromatic, sweetest variety. It may remind you of strawberry. Light pink and bright, with integrated and crisp bubbles. Due to its intensity and structure it is so suitable for appetizers, such as smoked or meat. €10 one bottle.
